  Poor customer service & terrible rooms

  Upon check in for a family reunion we had to change rooms at total of FIVE times! (1st rm) The hallway on the way to the room was flooded by an overrun commode. (2nd rm) The hot water didn't work (3rd rm) A/C didn't work outside…
